Detail of front seams on mini bog coat. Note how when I sewed the the left front (on the right side of the pic), I tried using a traditional seam allowance. That made the seam stand up, which I didn't like. On the right side (left in the photo), I overlapped the top to the bottom front and topstitched, which made for a better seam. In trying this on a mini version, I was able to fiddle with the seams without taking much time. Note that the armpit on the left front (right of pic) is wonky. By Mary Warner, May 2019.
