Variations on a Theme

The lilies in our yard are just starting to bloom. Because of the combination of a few days of rain followed by a few days of sun, & etc., that we’ve had this summer, the leaves of the lilies are vibrant green and very healthy. Shake Like an Impala

I finished reading “The Urban Monk” a week or so ago. I appreciated the book’s take on how to deal with centering one’s self when living in the chaotic “real” world, as opposed to living in a secluded cave somewhere and meditating all day.
